Companies that lose momentum often cancel or delay initiatives, inhibiting their progress toward their transformation goals. By contrast, rigorous organizations display resilience and adapt without losing focus. They continue to accomplish the milestones, initiatives, and impact they set out to, even in the face of hardship or unforeseen challenges. One way to improve resilience is to monitor performance using both an internal and external lens.
